This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our relationship intelligence platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").

vyve is built on privacy-first principles. Your relational data is yours, always. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not train AI models on your personal relationship information. This policy explains our practices in detail so you can make informed decisions about using our Services.

By using vyve's Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience with our Services and collect usage data.

Types of Technologies: We use session cookies, persistent cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us remember your preferences and understand how you use our Services.

Purpose: We use these technologies to maintain your login session, remember your settings and preferences, analyze usage patterns, improve our Services, and provide security features.

Do Not Track: Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature. Currently, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because there is no industry standard for how to interpret these signals.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated by vyve. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit or use.

If you connect your vyve account with third-party services (such as calendar apps, contact management systems, or other productivity tools), you authorize us to access and process information from those services in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policies. You can revoke these connections at any time through your account settings.

Specific Data Categories and Processing Details

To provide transparency about our data practices, here is additional detail about specific data categories:

Relationship Mapping Data: Names, roles, organizations, and categories you assign to people in your network. This data is used exclusively to provide visualization and organizational features. It is never shared with other users or third parties.

Interaction Logs: Dates, times, types of interactions, and your notes about meetings, calls, messages, or other contact points. This data powers our pattern recognition and boundary nudge features.

Energy Assessments: Your subjective ratings of how interactions affect your energy, mood, and wellbeing. This highly sensitive data is encrypted and used only to generate your personal insights and health scores.

Behavioral Patterns: Algorithmically derived insights about reciprocity, energy flow, and relationship imbalances. These insights are generated from your interaction data and energy assessments and remain private to you.

Device and Technical Data: We collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and technical logs necessary for security, troubleshooting, and service delivery. This data is retained for security purposes and is not linked to your relationship data.

Automated Decision-Making

vyve uses algorithms to provide relationship health scores, energy flow analysis, and boundary nudges. These automated assessments are designed to support your decision-making, not to make consequential decisions about you without human oversight.

You are always in control of how you interpret and act on the insights vyve provides. Our algorithms do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

If you have concerns about how our algorithms assess your relationships, you can contact our support team to discuss the factors influencing your scores and insights.
